We ship across Canada from our Toronto warehouse. Delivery times range from 2–8 business days, depending on your location.

Orders over $150 ship free — always. For orders under $150, a flat $12 shipping fee applies.

Returns

We know it's not always easy to figure out sizing online, and we're happy to make the process as easy as possible. Returns are free if you opt for store credit. If you'd prefer a refund to your original payment method, a $15 fee will be deducted from your refund.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of your order's fulfilment date. After receiving your return label, please drop your parcel off at Canada Post within 15 days, as labels expire after that time.

All returns must meet the following criteria:

• Items must be unused and unwashed with no signs of wear — including no visible stains or marks such as deodorant — in their original packaging, with hang tags intact and the packing slip included.

• The hygiene liner must be intact and in place. Items with a removed or compromised hygiene liner will not be accepted.

Our warehouse inspects every return to ensure it meets the above criteria. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with our Return Policy. Rejected returns remain subject to return shipping and handling fees.

We do not support direct exchanges. To swap for a different size or style, initiate a return for store credit and place a new order on our site.
