Shipping Policy
We are headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Below, you will find detailed information regarding our shipping policies. We utilize Shopify Shipping to ensure your orders are delivered efficiently and reliably.
Shipping Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free shipping for orders above $125, excluding discounts and taxes
Domestic Shipping (within Canada)
Orders will ship with Canada Post Expedited Parcel (1-7 Business Days depending on destination)
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. However, we are working hard to expand our services and will be offering international shipping soon. Stay tuned for updates!
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through the carrier's website.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations. If there are any issues with your shipping address, we will contact you directly to resolve them.
Lost or Damaged Packages
