All orders are processed same day if received by 1pm EST, all later orders will ship the next business day. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. When placing your order, please confirm that all billing and payment information is accurate to avoid any delays in shipment. Signature upon delivery is not required.
Please contact UPS or Customer Service if you would like to add a required signature to your delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address.

Please note that taxes, duties and international processing is not included in our shipping prices. Shipping times are based on our best estimate, however, delays can occur in transit or due to holds at your local custom office, so it may take longer for an order to be delivered.
Please note that all orders are shipped UPS and therefore cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses.

At Now in Rio Swim we are passionate about customer service and we aim to please every customer. We are confident that with your careful consideration of our size guide you will purchase a piece that is the correct fit.
If you do need to exchange any items you can do so at any point within 14 days of receipt of goods. Items must be in their original state on receipt of returned item. (Hygiene liner intact). For reasons of hygiene, without a hygiene liner we are unable to accept your return and exchange the item.
If you would like to exchange then please email email@example.com. We will email you an exchange/returns form and posting instructions. Unfortunately we are unable to offer freepost returns and it is the customers responsibility to pay for the return.
Please ensure your items are securely wrapped and the exchange form is enclosed. When sending the parcel back, please make sure you obtain a proof of postage certificate. It usually takes between 5-10 working dates from receipt of your returned parcel to process your exchange, depending on the location.
ALL INTERNATIONAL SALES ARE FINAL AND RETURNS WON'T BE ACCEPTED.
