- What is your processing time for orders?
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped. You can find our shipping policy here
- Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. However, we are working hard to expand our services and will soon offer international shipping. Stay tuned for updates!
- How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through the carrier's website.
- Are there any shipping restrictions?
Yes, we currently do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations. If there are any issues with your shipping address, we will contact you directly to resolve them.
- What should I do if my package is lost or damaged?
We strive to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@nowinportugal.com. We will work with Shopify Shipping and the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
